  Whoever made my salad from this location should make the salads for the promotion pictures. It looked absolutely amazing, better then the picture in the app! Tasted just as good. Great work.

  Great spot for coffee and/or breakfast. Came back twice that same day. Good coffee, great pastries! Highly recommend !

  I purchased the Toasted Caprese Focaccia, and there was only one small piece of cheese per half of sandwich. In the app, it clearly shows that there should be more cheese on the sandwich, considering that the source of protein in this sandwich IS THE CHEESE. It was basically a pesto spread and tomato sandwich. The workers did not even try to make the sandwich look pretty, as you can see in the image.

  Was served the stalest scone ever that you’d need a hacksaw to cut through. Trying to cut it made it crumble into literally pieces and my dad got an extremely stale cinnamon roll too. All the did was offer to microwave it to soften it even though these products should never have been sold in the first place. I don’t know if they are trying to keep items for longer to prevent profit loss but it was genuinely a food safety issue. They also let us buy medium roast coffee but there wasn’t any left and we had to wait about 40 mins for it. The employee didn’t offer a refund or make us aware of how long we would have to wait and when she did eventually replace it, didn’t even have the courtesy of letting us know it was finally out. The place was so dirty too, crumbs everywhere and tons of plates by the trash accumulating. It was genuinely bad food and service and we haven’t been back since. I am from the UK and my parents were visiting and loved Panera back when they sold flatbreads and such, now we probably won’t be back after that last visit because that food was inedible. We didn’t want to make a huge fuss because it was a bit awkward and it felt like the staff were talking about us not being from the area/ our accents. The girl working the floor was more interested in standing chatting to the guys working there than doing her job and it looked as though she was a supervisor. I get you have to supervise but when there isn’t anyone on the floor clearing up the area of dirty plates and tables maybe you should step up and do that because it reflects poorly on the store (which used to be so much better btw)
