  Terrible experience tonight 04/06 at 8:00pm Traveling for work so fast food is the only option right now, and I waited 30-45 minutes to get my food. You guys need to check the camera footage and reprimand every employee working cause when I pulled up to the window to pay? Little lady was just playing on her phone and took a phone call for 5 minutes. Ridiculous

  Cannot be considered fast food anymore. “Thanks for your money, here is your drinks, now go sit for 15+ minutes in that spot. Ps, your fries will still be cold.”

  Food was cooked to death. It looked like they had cooked it hours earlier and then just refried it. My daughter had bought chicken nuggets, and even the fries were cold when handed out the window.

  I accidentally placed my order without checking where the app had sent it, and the app hadn’t updated my location in a while so it sent the meal to the wrong location. We’d only placed an order for a happy meal, covered by points from previous visits. We got to the drive thru of the store we actually meant to order from, and I asked RJ what I should do, and not only was he extremely friendly the entire time, but he went out of his way to talk to the manager and got the meal covered to make up for our loyalty points lost. Saved the day for us, every penny counts these days and it was so appreciated to have a human moment.

  Waited at the second speaker and had 4 cars from the first speaker order... finally was helped. Then waited longer at the second window to a girl with short hair and glasses busting out laughing and say were still waiting on your food can you pull up... just have our food wrong as well... . March 7 2026 at 3:18.. managers whoever you had working you need to fix that.
