  We ordered a Greek wrap which was quite tasty and as usual, quickly prepared. We thought we would split it in two for lunch since it was nearly $12. It was quite small and barely enough to divide into two portions. It resembled more of a soft taco than an actual wrap and not much bigger. Lots of lettuce and sauce with less emphasis on the meat seemed to be the problem. It was fresh tasting but the value certainly was questionable. Sorry, Jimmy John’s, this did not impress me. You failed.

  I’ve had many good experiences at this Jimmy John’s. However, today, January 31 I went through the drive-thru and was greeted at the window by an employee who was much more preoccupied with her phone than anything related to customer service. Not a huge deal, but then I get home with sandwiches that are made sloppily and incorrect. I love you Jimmy John’s, I even like this location. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.

  Unbelievable service. The third party delivery made a mistake and the manager fixed the problem quickly! Highly recommend!
