I take back in- tell the manager it was wrong again. Told her "no sausage. Took it to the car to eat. Opened up the box... no pepperoni, take it back in.The manager was outside on her smoke break. Sends the girl back in to tell me, that she made it pepperoni because that what I said. She stays outside smoking. Finally come in, walks right by me. Never said one word to me. But has the other worker tell me. They wouldn't remake it and refused to give me my money back. I got a wipe , stood at the side of the counter- I took every piece of sausage and left it set on the counter. I finally got through to the store. She gets rocky and tells me she made it right. They do not offer refunds and she wouldn't remake it. Few choise words said. So I hung up on her! Food- made incorrect Service- was the worst I've ever seen The atmosphere - 0 I'ts carry out only. The condition of the store was discusting. Food on the floor- and prefolded boxes stacked on the floor. Not 1 time did I see any one wash their hands or put on gloves ,after coming back in from the smoke break. Tomorrow, I will call and finish the complaint. There should really be a dress code , and how one should present their self. The manager should be the one to set the image of how one should dress and to make sure the employees have an idea of how to handle customer service. * there is no where to sit and eat. This business deserves-0 stars, but in order to post you had to choose a number.
