I love Panera but this was the worse service I can imagine.

Awfully bold sending away customers with children at a point in time when people have reduced the amount they eat out. The fact corporate hasn't done anything is equally ridiculous. Eat somewhere cheaper with your money and somewhere that doesn't hate children.
