He is telling a girl to do everything for him. He couldn’t even finish my order without asking 3 different people to finish the job for him. He called a coworker dumb and said a customer was stupid. He was being rude to the other team members in the kitchen. It was just a horrible environment with him walking around inside. I apologize to the nice young lady who brought me my food and I wished her night to get better because that guy was ruining the atmosphere for everyone

Got the double cheeseburger and it was so hard and black that I choked trying to swallow it because it was hard and very dry. I think the health department needs to visit this place. Never will go again.

I went to grab a straw after waiting in line for a long time, and the worker had an attitude—the entire restaurant was very dirty and there was almost no place to sit inside of it because of the lack of clean tables. Staff was unfriendly

My husband called in and they said “I’m making it now and will bring it out right now” we waited and watched 2 cars get their food. My husband had to walk in and they weren’t even friendly when he walked in. Plus they hadn’t even started brewing the coffee to make his coffee. Needless to say he got a refund and we left. Won’t be back or to any franchise owned by that person.
