The workers at this place, even the manager, don’t know how to do mobile orders. Ordering inside & paying there is an okay experience but every time you have a mobile order they “can’t find it” when you come to pick it up. They will not make the order if they cannot find it so they will say for you to call their customer service number. I almost left to do that and then they suddenly found my order and had it ready, I feel bad their system is so screwed these workers can’t figure it out.

I had some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I scheduled a pickup order Order #39281899616550921 (to be exact) and not only had to clarify it twice but when I said the name for the pickup order some chump proudly announced "UHH A PICKUP ORDER FOR SOMEBODY UHHH SOMEBODY". I really hope it's not a college student because that'd make it clear that our education system has failed us as much as his customer service training has. I admire the enthusiasm of the crew but a few listening skills wouldn't hurt. By the way, bub, I got the shirt on Temu as a gag gift. Thanks for asking.
