I didnt return the pizzas because we didnt want a replacement, the first round made us sick. We have eaten Domino's many, many times. This visit will probably be our last, never again.

The offer probably caused the pickup time so it's whatever. The ACTUAL issue - I honestly can't see myself ever ordering a dominos again because baked into one of the pizzas was a house fly and it was by absolute luck that I spotted it before eating. I was mostly wondering what the black thing was and then realisation hit. Absolutely disgusting tbh. Not only was that a thing but I also thought about it more and basically the prep area must be gross with those house flies constantly landing on toppings and pizzas and it isn't under control, so whether the fly ends up baked into your pizza like mine was or not, they've probably been landing and possibly laying eggs on pizzas and uncovered food. I felt sick to my stomach after seeing it and so anxious as to whether I'd ate eggs or possibly another fly before finding that one. I genuinely won't order a Dominos again and just wanted to give other folk a heads up that there might be a house fly problem there.

When I called the store to report the missing pizza, I was informed by the delivery driver Seth that he delivered 3 pizza however as he was living out he saw a gentleman who said to him he wanted a pizza and he took it. I was told there was nothing they could do and to call the police to report it. This is very poor customer service and I do not recommend delivery services from this location.
