- JRJordan Rhodes2 days ago5.0Made a spur of the moment decision to pick up some treats to take home. Despite being mid-January and 30° outside, this DQ was busy! There were a few cars in the drive thru line so we parked and went in. There were multiple tables full and 3 groups in line in front of us. The crew that was working in there tonight was on top of it. The man at the register was focused and polite, and also very detail oriented (customer in front of us gave him a pickup name, and the employee made sure to clarify the name since there were 2 pickup orders with similar names). Someone who I assume was a manager type employee was off to the left working on some sort of food prep, and as soon as she noticed that there were more than a couple of people in line she quickly finished up and came right out to the register - smiling, helpful, just actually seemed happy. We ordered one hot food item and 6 ice cream items and everything was ready quickly. The assumed manager woman even came out when our order was up to offer to assist with lids and getting everything ready to go. Every item was made exactly as ordered. Excellent service and product tonight.
