  Very rude service from Dylan gentry they closed there lobby and had the door still open and I walked in and basically was yelling at me to get out of the lobby having a power trip would not suggest going at night thats the time he works

  I had a horrible experience at this Taco Bell location. From the moment I walked in, there was a raunchy smell inside the building, and it was obvious that the front register area, tables, and drink fountain had not been cleaned. The condition of the lobby was noticeable and made the entire visit unpleasant. What made it worse was the lack of customer service. No one greeted me, and the staff did not acknowledge the people waiting in the lobby. The manager was on shift, but even they did not make any effort to acknowledge customers or improve the situation. That kind of attitude is unacceptable in any restaurant. My order was also incorrect. The nachos were missing, even though cheese was included, and the three soft tacos were mostly lettuce with very little meat, cheese, or other vegetables. My drink was not filled properly either. For the amount of money spent, the food quality and accuracy were very disappointing. I have had better experiences with past employees and crew, so I know this location can do better. I am bringing this to the attention of district management and corporate because these issues need to be addressed immediately. Cleanliness, order accuracy, and basic customer service are essential, and this visit failed in all three areas. Also, I state in this review it was loud, but you can still talk. The reason for the loudness was the employees. The communication was not directly for work it was casual conversation between them. If they would use that conversation for the customers, then maybe the customers might have a better experience. Let me just add that if you are the manager looking over reviews, you would see that primarily you have 1-star reviews and that 3 to 1-star reviews are your main reviews, there should be a shift in how business is conducted. That is coming from someone who is well established in business.

  They won't take your orders over the counter they have a machine and require the customer to place the order an that's a no go shouldn't have todo somebody's job for them tgat they get paid todo
