  I was so excited to see a Jimmy John’s in mooresville. I love them! But was very disappointed in this location and will never go back unfortunately. They messed up my first order, made me pay for a second sandwich then there was a hair in my second sandwich. I just got up and left.

  My wife LOVES Jimmy Johns and was very excited to have one close by now in Mooresville. I do not like leaving this review but we have been very disappointed in the accuracy of our orders. So far 5 out of our 6 orders have been wrong. Please pay attention to your orders when making them. I would much rather my order run a few minutes behind instead of rushing through and delivering an incorrect order. We have had missing drinks, wrong drinks, removed items still on the sandwich, and our favorite is added onions when they aren't even included on the sandwich.

  Not a great location. They gave me expired pasta salad and there was something that looked like a mouse turd on the bottom of my sandwich.
