I had to submit reimbursements for work and realized I had lost my receipt for a catering order—cue the panic. I called the store and spoke with Emma, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She was able to look up my past order, print the receipt, and even offered to email it to me since I couldn’t come in. She stayed on the phone with me until I received the email, which I truly appreciated. Outstanding customer service! This is officially my favorite Jimmy John’s location, and I can’t wait to order catering again.

Went in to get lunch and didn’t realize they didn’t open I til 10:30am. I got there about 10:10am. One of the employees came to the door and said they didn’t open until 10:30 but they would go ahead and take care of me. A lot of places would have just told me I had to wait until they opened. Great service, food and willing to take care of their customers. Rare thing to find anymore. So thank you Mooresville Jimmy Johns employees for taking care of me.

Staff was very rude when we were placing our order. They treated us as if we were stupid because my son ordered a 6” sandwich but they don’t have that. They told him he needed to read the menu. And then when they didn’t include our meals as combos, they read the order back and it was incorrect. They didn’t have all of our meals as combos. She stated we needed to specify it when we order and I indicated we did, the girl even asked what size drink. The manager then mumbled that she was standing right there and asked the other employee if she’s deaf too. This was my first time at this new location and was treated badly. I will not be back u til management changes.

Bf bought us food here twice and both times they've messed up my food. I ordered a spicy Italian and all they put on it was meat mayo and cheese. No toppings, or any of the other things that are supposed to be included. Last time I got a toasted bacon chicken ranch and they didn't add chicken ir ranch to it.
