  We ordered Friday evening and it was an awful experience. It took 2 hours to get our food. BUT when I called the next day, the girl was so kind and did everything she could to make it better. Because of that, I’ll be giving them a chance again. They’re new and maybe didn’t realize just how popular they would be here. The food quality has never been an issue for us. It’s always good.

  Paid 50 dollars to get 6 cold wings and no sauce. When I called to ask about the order the employee was very rude and unprofessional.Will not order from here ever again.

  Placed an order over the phone … waited on hold while the person messed around on the phone for over 5 minutes not talking to anyone. Very simple order, 30 boneless HONEY BBQ wings and a large wedge with extra cheese. Our order was $51. Got home, they gave us a SMALL wedge with NO cheese. Called TWO TIMES and waited on hold for almost 20 minutes while the person messed around again and asked the manager to come over multiple times. The manager was rude over the phone and said she would refund us $6 for the wedges. Go to eat the wings after I’m off the phone and the wings are WRONG TOO!!! They are regular spicy BBQ!! WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

  Don't have food they show on their online menu. Tried to pay with a new gift card got declined 3 times. Took order out to car to check the order. Missing 15 piece wings and a wrap. Place is a joke

  Ordered off the app and got someone elses order. Tried to call the store and could not get anyone to answer. My husband went up to get the food and the guy at the desk handed him the food and my husband was like its gonna be cold now its been sitting over 45 min. The kid said no it hasn’t and walked to the back and wouldn’t come back out. We get the food home and yes cold but not only that it’s wrong again. Lol No one at the store will help and im out 40 bucks and no food. Adding an edit: I see they keep telling people to fill out a form which i actually did before they told me too. Guess what?? They don’t respond to that either 🤣🤣🤣 This place is a joke
