    Store needs people who actually care . I'm here now and ordered a Classic Roast Beef, Crinkle fries and a drink. Had to tell the young lady that my food was ready and sitting there waiting to be given to me. Unwrapped the sandwich and it was wrong. She looked at me and said I can't take it back but I can make you another one. No I'm sorry about that or anything but she acted like it was my fault. I was here 2 weeks ago with my wife and had another bad experience. Lesson learned, won't be back.

    This store is in dire need of help. You could tell they were understaffed And they had only one person bagging, and that was the issue and they didn’t have anybody that was at the registers, helping out the line in the dining room. I looked back and also saw that the floors near the deep Fryers were dirty, There were fries all over the floor, And you can tell that they were just struggling God bless them. What they need to do to improve it is to have a person that is always just at the front counter, Ready to take an order another person that is Going out cleaning tables in the dining room And sweeping floors, And then whenever they get a line they can jump from cleaning the tables to helping out if there is a line, that can insure better productivity, Also remember the presentation Even if you have to take a few extra minutes to make sure something is done right take that few extra minutes and don’t just rush it out, It’s about the quality, not quantity. I hope this helps. Maybe in the future I will try again I ordered the ham and Swiss sandwich which was actually good but the fries could’ve been warmer They need to pay attention to the timers.
