  How does a place whose main course is roast Beef, is always out of roast beef?

  The entire restaurant floor was flooded from some sort of bathroom water leak. The employee getting our order ready for our door dasher dropped the adhesive lid seal for one of the drinks onto the wet floor and then went ahead and used it on our drink. When the Dasher asked for a new drink he was told no. Obviously we didn't drink either of our drinks and were hesitant to even eat the food. The order was wrong as well. As a matter of fact almost every order we place gets to us and is incorrect. It's sad that when it arrives and happens to be correct that you're pleasantly surprised. I tried to order food in the store a couple of weeks ago and they were literally out of roast beef. This was absolutely our last time ordering from this location.

  The food has changed over the years. Not for the good.
