    Ordered at the drive thru. One car at the 1st window pulling up to the 2nd. After waiting 15 minutes and after paying the manager informed me they did not have any more eggs for a breakfast sandwich. Changed my order. Got my sandwich after 20 minutes from the time I ordered at the drive thru. The manager came out to hand me my food, apologized and said they have been shorthanded lately. I td her someone could have informed me before waiting so long.

    The food was good but their customer service was absolutely terrible. Went the through drive through with my client an his wife , the lady who took the order didn't even allow her to finish with out interrupting her . An the lady that handed her the food practically threw the bags into the car & didn't even open the window all the way to hand her the drinks the door smacked in to one of the soda & she didn't even look at us as she handed the stuff out just did it in a rush an slammed the window shut . I've lived in two other states besides Indiana an this is the 3rd time I've had the absolute worst experience because of the attitudes of the women in the drives through at the Wendy's in Monticello. They rush people an are inconsiderate.
