    It has been awhile since I ordered. The last time I ordered we got wings and a Stuffed Crust pizza through the drive thru. We got home and the pizza had no sauce on it at all. I sent a complaint and not one person got back a hold of me. No Manager, nothing. I feel that since nobody at this company can fix an order or care about their customers getting what they paid for and put sauce on a pizza then I can give my money to papa johns or a mom and pop pizza in town.

    It’s too bad that I had such an awful dine in experience with my granddaughter a few days ago. I really enjoy Pizza Hut pizza but your staff really needs work. We went in for dinner around 7:00, it was not very busy. We ordered 2 Personal Pan pizzas and after 15-20 mins the waitress told me that they weren’t making those that night! We said ok, make it a med pepperoni. 15-20 mins later it came to the table in a box, not on a platter. She could have easily done that fix herself. My 5yr olds drink was also in a large glass instead of a child’s to go cup or something smaller. She never checked back. Another waitress dropped a menu in the middle of the floor and 2 of them just kept walking around it instead of picking it up. Do better!!!

    I went outside for a quick smoke and this man came out yelling at another employee. Least she looked like an employee. I never heard such yelling and disrespect from one person to another. My family and I wont be coming back. What terrible management.
