I was there to pickup an order this evening & it was obvious the amount of stress every employee there was under just trying to make pizzas for everyone’s families on Christmas Eve. Nearly everything else was closed & they were slammed yet still served with a smile underneath so much pressure during a giant rush. Orders eventually have to be cut off if it’s difficult to keep up & this happened , and it’s sad to see staff getting yelled at on the phone because they aren’t superhumans. Be kind , it’s so so simple. The girl working the counter apologized to me over and over for a short wait on our order & I told her please don’t feel she owes me an apology, working on Christmas Eve to feed people. You guys were doing a phenomenal job & I hope you all have a merry Christmas. 🎄 Our food was perfect , and even if it wasn’t , I’d still be grateful. Thank you 🙏
