  Ordered food online, waited 30 min after I was asked to pull around and wait, Two stone faced girls brought the food out not saying a word or even apologizing for the wait. I was the only car waiting for about 20 min and then a few other cars sat there unattended as well, its absurd it took that long for 3 kids meals and 3 value meals.. its one thing to take a few minutes, its another to have zero business and take forever, and then straight up mean mug the customer.The food wasn't even hot after the 5 min drive home.

  Went in at lunch time on 2/24, waited about 10-11 minutes at the counter no one would take my money. But they were fulfilling orders from the kiosk that came in behind me. I walked out.

  The last time we got food it tasted like the grease was old. But other times we have had great food.

  I visited this location in hopes of crispy chicken nuggets, despite my previous heart break when wendys got rid of the beloved Sweet and Sour sauce. Nonetheless i settled for sweet chili sauce. I received my nuggets, but what i bit into was not the crispy, fresh nuggets i had been looking forward too, but a mushy, raw nugget. Although they did offer a refund for the undercooked nuggets, i feel that this is an avoidable issue, and there should be no excuse for serving salmonella samples to patrons.
