We’re proud to offer a fresh alternative to typical fast food with fresh-cut veggies, tasty proteins, fresh-baked bread, and delicious cookies. We’re also here for your catering needs. All Subway® Restaurants are independently owned and operated by business owners who employ talented Sandwich Artists™.
They skimp on every sandwich they can. If ever you try to place an order on the mobile app you will be displeased with the quality of the meat and the portions you are given when they can’t look you in the eye. Im sorry but the sandwiches get EVEN WORSE when you apply coupons and discounts to it. This subway needs to own up to what these subs are actually suppose to be like or close down because I paid for a specific product and they rip me off every time.

Third class service, less than serving size portions. Find a different location. You would regret ordering from here

Spent 30 minutes trying to order online, app crashed multiple times, then when we went inside to ask if they would honor the deal, they told us no. So instead of spending $14 on a footlong, we just went 15 feet into Walmart and got the same sub for $6. So thank you for not honoring it and saving us a combined $16 👌

I highly recommend avoiding this location. The service is absurd.
I placed an order for two kids meals and two 6" sub meals. The cashier rang us up incorrectly, adding two drinks instead of two meals to the order. I didn't catch this, as I couldn't see the screen and didn't look closely at the receipt. I assumed the total was correct, as it was close to what I would have expected and hadn't tried to total it in my head.
The food was moderate for a Subway. However...halfway through our meal, one of the employees approached our table and (somewhat incoherently) demanded I return to the counter to pay the difference due to the cashier's mistake. The difference was $1.86. Numerous other customers around us were commenting somewhat loudly how absurd and inappropriate such an action was. I paid the $1.86 and continued with my meal, a bit frustrated with how the staff had just treated me.
I understand this is likely a low-paying position, fast food is not exactly glamorous, and neither is working inside a Subway inside a Wal-Mart. With that said, customer service is customer service. If an employee makes a mistake that costs $1.86, the restaurant should just eat the cost. It's not like I was not charged for an entire meal or something, and yet I was being treated as if I walked out without paying for my order. I tried asking to speak to a manager, but I was told that one wasn't available. Seems appropriate.
