- HHHannah HeadApr 2, 20261.0DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The employees were friendly and attempted to be helpful, but the manager was awful. She charged us for guac despite the sign and employees stating that it was free and refused to give a refund. When we asked about it, she began yelling so loudly that the whole restaurant could hear. I’ve worked many customer service jobs as a manager and would never treat a customer like this…and I would recommend that anyone who does be fired immediately! Very, very unprofessional.

Just blank stared looked at me and said “What do you want?” Was rude when asking for toppings, and seemed like an inconvenience for her. Overall, just not a great experience and I guess i’ll have to go to another location, unfortunately.

Two employees are working on one thing, together whereas the other is standing in front of the grill, cooking nothing. Walked out and told the customer walking in "good luck". Took myself across the street to Chipolte. Judging by the photo included most prefer Chipotle. Do better on your customer service.
