For starters, we came in around 9:30, an hour and a half before close. employees were slamming food around on the counter (to serve it?), once we got our food, most of the order wasn’t made properly (asked for no lettuce, got lettuce, asked for onion got no onion) and when we confronted the employees about it, no words were spoken and the food was still given back wrong, we just ate the wrong food and moved on but it was ridiculous.
