  The red light was on. I tried to get a fresh free donut. The employee said he would get it when they came down the conveyor further. I ordered a dozen donuts and then paid for them. I asked again about the fresh free one, and he again said that he will get it when it comes down the conveyor more. By this time there were 6-8 people behind us in line. Only one of the employees was helping customers. Another one was standing by the drive thru just looking around. I finally left, without the fresh free donut, even though the red light was still on. When we got home, we looked at the donuts and realized all of them were the wrong donuts. He charged us .40 each extra for 8 donuts and we didn’t get them, like the cheese cake donuts. This is the first and last time I’ll go here. No one seemed friendly at all.

  I called the store at 9:30am and asked if I could get 6 dozen donuts by 11am and they said yes. I showed up and they were not ready and the guy didn’t apologized and said it would be a few minutes and started to help the next person. I said I can’t wait bc I have to pick up a child from preschool. I said I would come back later. I showed up at 3:30pm and the same guy was working, my donuts STILL we not ready. He didn’t apologize again. It didn’t take to long to get them but I ended up being late to pick up my daughter, late dropping my kids at the sitter and 2 minutes late to work tonight. Super unhappy with my experience!

  I have consistently received the worst service at this location. More than once, have been asked at the speaker to wait for more than 15 minutes, like they just forget about you. Wish there was a different store in the area.

  Today at 7:00 am we stopped here to try a warm Krispy Kreme donut for the first time. It was as good as Ive always heard! There was a very kind & smiley young man working the counter. I just want to say he deserves recognition he made our day with his service! Wonderful experience!

  My kids and I had a great time visiting Krispy Kreme on St. Patrick's Day. The gentleman who helped us was so nice and helpful. He made sure we not only got the specialty donuts we came for, but the free green glazed donuts as well since we were dressed in green. The donuts were delicious and cute. We will be back for another fun outing!
