  Have to agree with the other reviewers, Jodie is a superstar. Decent food at a great price, lunch special is very affordable. Jodie is super friendly and goes out of her way to make your experience a great one.

  Food was good. Bread stick never got them till our meal was gone. Waited to get more. But nevergot them....the store was dirty, tables needed cleanned.even went to the register. To filnly get them (3 times) never came to check on us.

  Always a yummy and pleasant experience when we swing by during the weekdays. Jodie, who often runs the front, is so fun and joyful every time!

  I have been going to Fazoli’s for lunch quite a bit the last month to enjoy the 7.99 lunch specials and because of one particular worker named Jodie. Jodie is so kind, she’s such a hard worker and she always makes my day. I lost my best friend of 38 years and I have been struggling mentally, but Jodie always makes me feel like a friend and it helps so much. I hope Fazoli’s recognizes that Jodie is an absolute rare gem and I know for a fact that it isn’t just the food bringing people back again. Sometimes we just need to be treated with kindness and Jodie does so in spades. Jodie, if you read this, thank you for being the light in a very dark place.

  Service was fantastic, and food was both very good (particularly for this price point) & _incredibly_ affordable. I think we paid but 8.50$ a person before tips & taxes? And that got us a lunch special, which in our orders entailed a slice of pepperoni pizza, fetuccine alfredo pasta, unlimited(^?) breadsticks, and a small drink. It's hard to mess up pepperoni pizza—if even I can make it, any chef should be able to—and I did prefer this alfredo sauce to Olive Garden's. It doesn't feel as thick as their. My only nitpick is that the breadsticks were too salty, but I feel like that's always true at a restaurant. I am definitely more sensitive to salt than most people, though. All-in-all, good food, great service, great prices, very filling, would gladly come again. (^?): We already had our fill after the 5 or 6 breadsticks they gave us, so I didn't get the chance to test if I actually read the sign correctly.
