  They're always fast and efficient. Friendly, too. I don't like that they changed their Frosty Keychains to requiring a purchase.

  Most of the time just extremely slow. I asked for ranch at the window and the person working the window got a bad attitude, and said we don’t give out ranch. We always charge for it but this time it’ll be OK. In a very aggressive attitude way. It’s also funny that they will sit there and let their competitors be open for hours before they want to open and let their competitors get all the sales. Really seems like the manager here doesn’t really care about customer service nor improving her store sales to become better

  My family and I have ordered from this location numerous times and they have never gotten an order correct. We are always missing multiple items from the order EVERY time we have come there. We order on the app mostly and go pick it up. There hasn’t been a single time we have everything we ordered.

  After about five visits here, the service is exceptionally slow consistently. If I go inside to the counter I'm standing and waiting far too long for someone to take my order. Drive-thru is the same thing. One or two cars at the window but you sit until they are gone before they'll even let you order. Pull up to the window and pay then pull around to the front and sit and wait. You get some hot food mixed with some really old cold food. Consistently below average here.

  Everyone seems like they’re enjoying their job and I always see smiles . Laughter doesn’t get in the way of my food not being fresh & hot and SERVICE always magnificent during lunch . The only actual cold thing I’ve ever received here ever was the frosty .
