  Very long wait with disorganized staff who give you the wrong order then forget parts of the correct order. Asking for the items they forget gets you a rude attitude from the staff. All for mediocre food.

  One of the filthiest restaurants I've been to in many, many, years. As I stood in line, I had time to look around at my surroundings. I left without my food. I didn't want to take any more time in that store. I'm done with Wendy's. I won't be going back to this Wendy's, or any Wendy's...EVER!! GROSS!!!!

  Burger tasted horrendous. My chicken nuggets felt like I was chewing on jello. The inside reeked of bleach and you could still smell and see the mold and mildew all over the ceiling. The tables had a layer of film over them. Had too rate it 1 star because there wasn’t an option for 0. Foods a 2 star because my frosty was fire.

  This place is an absolute mess. I pulled up and the speaker answered with “What can we do for you today,” yet there’s a sign posted saying they’re closed. The parking lot isn’t plowed, there are people outside doing mechanical work with a car completely torn apart, and nothing about this looks like a functioning restaurant. If you’re closed, you shouldn’t be taking mobile orders — period. The app let me place an order, only to arrive and see a handwritten “we are closed” sign taped up like it was an afterthought. This isn’t just bad service, it’s poor management from top to bottom. No communication, no professionalism, and no basic standards. This place needs a complete overhaul because this is what happens when a restaurant is run with zero organization or accountability.

  Placed an order online for pick up got to the drive-through and nobody said anything, but I could hear people laughing on the intercom. I waited for about 10 minutes until another car came behind me then I drove around. I found all the staff sitting there on the headsets, laughing and staring at me as I drove around Extremely unprofessional, you need to fire all the staff that was there January 21st night Look at the cameras January 21st around 10 pm you’ll see them huddled around, laughing and giggling like little children, and then running to the window to stare at me as I drive around in saying to even witness
