Customized orders will come out correct more often than not, items are rarely forgotten, and the food is decent quality. My only complaint is that they could do a better job keeping an eye on the counter. I've waited 10 or so minutes just to give them my name for the mobile order I can see on the shelf. Been very tempted to walk back and grab it myself 🤣
