Place a $200 catering order on wed 11/19 for friday 11/21 at 4pm. I specifically ask for the subs to be made plain (bread and meat only) with everything else on the side so subs could be customized by the 35 people I was feed and was told this would not be a problem. I even double checked with them multiple time when making the order. When I picked it up my request was ignored and I was just given an excuse that they did not know and they could not do anything about it. Not a great way to do business or treat customer.

Orders are always inconsistent with very little attention to detail. When I order ahead, its only been at the online pickup station once. The other times, its been ready behind the counter and I've had to approach the cashier after waiting more than 10 minutes. Wrong chip flavor, never cut in half. Its the little things that make a big difference.

Incompetent teenagers. ONE sandwich was supposed to be toasted. They just threw both in the oven.. Mine had lettuce & pickles.. Gross! I got home & saw a saugy mess. I was going to take a picture of the receipt, & low & behold there wasn't one🙄. Inedible sandwich at over $9 a piece. Get off your phone & pay attention children

I ordered two sandwiches and asked for no tomato … there was LOADS of tomato on it !
