  I ordered a Pepe little John earlier today and I was giving spoiled cheese. Im not on the way to the emergency room because I’m sure it’s food poisoning. I know because everytime i vomit, it’s nothin but brown and white cheese coming up ajd my mouth has the spoiled taste.

  I've ordered from here a lot. I love the food from Jimmy Johns. Unfortunately, I think a number of employees were hired who don't care about the quality of their sandwiches. A number of times now, maybe 1/4th of my orders, there have been missing ingredients or extra ingredients added that were requested to not be included. I have called once about this issue, but it has continued. As much as I love the food here and want to recommend this establishment, I would generally recommend getting a good sandwich elsewhere.

  Somebody needs to teach someone how to make the Vito. It’s my favorite sandwich but tonight it was all wrong. Got delivery and that was fine, but sandwich had one piece of tomatoe and hardly any meat and not even all the right meat and had jalapeños and the Vito shouldn’t have jalapeños. My boyfriend ordered online. What a disappointment and this is the 2nd time the Vito sandwich has been wrong. So maybe someone needs to teach whoever makes it wrong. I love Jimmy John’s and will try again! Please and thanks!

  If I could give 0 stars I would, quite literally every single time I place an online order it takes over an hour to get delivered. Then I'm met with the same apology but no improvement on service what so ever.

  The food is fine the delivery is terrible...freaky fast? Absolutely not. Expect an hour even if ur 3 minutes away
