One day they snap, the next day it’s straight hot disappointment. The inconsistency is WILD. If I can give a 0 I would. I’m a very loyal and consistent customer especially at the location at the one on Michigan Street, but I don’t feel like the loyalty is given back on this location at the Mishawaka one. Went again today and went back to get my correct order and I believe the manager said the sweet lady named Kayla, no but she did it anyway and she was literally super helpful and even to the customer next to me. Kayla if you see and hear about this you are a dream and definitely need a raise and or location where you don’t get and have a headache!
