The reasoning being “we should have called the night before when we picked up our order.” We have a newborn baby and that isn’t possible to immediately reach out to especially when I had the dessert later that night and could taste it was BURNT. Not just harder than it should have been because it sat for 2 hours before I had a slice. Overall the lack of professionalism for the store when we called that calls for a one star review. This location has gone downhill!
