I stood there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. No one said anything to me or apologize for the inconvenience. If you have an emergency phone call, at least acknowledge the customer and let them know it’s an emergency and someone will be right with you or something. Then it took another 5 minutes to make my cheese and bacon fries which was all that I ordered. This is not a good look.
