They can never put in the deal &they make you pay full price even when you show your app, they say while you're instore or in drive-thru well you have to order ahead. Other coffee places seem to always figure out how to ring up deals.
- ETElizabeth TreeceOct 9, 20251.0Drinks consistently made incorrectly. Forget getting a full drink. Half the time they will jip you a quarter of your cup of coffee and refuse to fill it up. Customer service is extremely rude, and management refuses to do anything about it because it's "too hard to find help." I'm not a big advocate of Starbucks, but there is an IUSB owned Starbucks at the school. Take your business there. The drinks are more reasonable and the customer service is far better.

I saw an employee about 5 mins in but she didn't acknowledge me at all. So I was chillin, I kept waiting. When she finally came to the window she said, that'll be $9 and something. I told her I hadn't spoke to anyone thus far and that I'd been waiting. There was no apology and I left very disappointed, I was looking forward to enjoying their coffee and this location as it's on my way to work.
