  We had a huge party with 26 of us. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and Alex handled us with ease. He was so fun, personable and did everything great. We all got what we wanted, every single food item was absolutely delicious and Alex never let our drinks run dry. He accommodated us so well. If I had to chose a waiter, I’d choose him every time. He even went the extra mile and took our group picture outside for us. Thanks to Alex’s service, he helped make my husband’s birthday a night to remember! Thanks for such great service!!!

  Jerome is one of the greatest parts of every visit! He's the BEST!! Every time we've been here, he's been our bartender & one of the reasons we keep coming back! The lobster ravioli was phenomenal, along with the bang bang shrimp & the crab cakes! The tastiest we've ever had! We'll definitely keep coming back! Thank you for making every anniversary memorable!

  After a busy day in life, we decided to stop at our favorite restaurant bonefish grill. Alex made it feel like we were going to bonefish for the very first time again. He was recommending dishes and helping his guide our way through the menu. I tried a pork chop here for the first time and it was amazing. Alex's attentiveness was groundbreaking in the field of food service. Not only did he recommend new foods but he reminded us of the classics and the reason that we come back. Bang bang shrimp and the cheesecake. Alex is a server you want, and a server that you hope to get again.

  Joel was amazing ! Very polite and patient with all of our questions. He went out of his way to ensure our dinner tasted how we hoped ! He delivered service with a smile during our whole visit and even asked his manager if we could incorporate additional items in our entree. We got the meal for 2 special at our visit and all the fish options came on one plate and thus Joel put all the sauces on the side without us asking to ensure we could get the full experience of the pairings ! He brought refills without us asking, brought all items in a VERY timely manner and brought all the tools needed for left overs without having to ask multiple times. The kungpao brussel sprouts were divine and hope they never leave the menu. The bourbon brownie was good but suggest using a better quality brownie to better compliment the sauce. The swordfish was cooked perfectly and we hope this never leaves the menu ! We loved that desert came with a mint leaf - this was a nice touch ! Joel's service really brought together each piece making our experience at Bonefish Grille and CANNOT WAIT to come back ! Joel is a great representative of the business and definetly deserves a bonus ! Thanks Joel! We will definitely be looking for you at our next visit! - The Hill family!

  I had an incredible dining experience thanks to Joel, our waiter. From the moment we were seated, he made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. He struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness—always attentive without ever hovering. Joel knew the menu inside and out, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything arrived just right. What really stood out was his attitude—he treated every guest like they mattered, with patience, kindness, and an easy sense of humor that made the meal even more enjoyable. Service like Joel’s turns an ordinary night out into something memorable. He’s the kind of employee every restaurant hopes to have. I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll be asking for Joel!
