    Don't know what happened to this place but they went downhill fast my order was completely wrong I ordered a ham and melt and ended up with some chicken patty covered in lettuce so check your orders they can't get it right either seems to be a common thing with food places on McKinley

    If I could put a zero star I would that's why I left all the other zero I went here twice in the past couple months first time lady was very rude felt rushed second time I went back only because I was in the area hoping it was somebody else working nope same lady and didn't really get her name but come to find out she's the manager smh same rudeness same thing felt rushed when I got home my food was still red in the middle at that point I was over it now I will never ever ever ever go back to Arby's on McKinley
