  Legit gave us donuts that looked like they were from the previous day. (I ordered them around 9:20am) This is honestly a rare case of the camera doing justice as they look much worse in person. Never getting dunkin from this spot again as getting them from walmart is not only cheaper but tastier.

  “Waaaaaiiiiitttttt” - worker through the the drive through. I was at the drive through and said in a nice voice “hi give me a few minutes I’m still trying to figure it out” and an Indian man who did not speak good and clear English said “Okay order when you’re ready” and it was about 30 seconds and I said “okay I’m ready” and he said something but was muffled and it kind of sounded like “okay go ahead” and so I started my order and all of a sudden he said “waaaaiiiiiitttttt” and I was like oh absolutely not and my friend said to go somewhere else so I said he was very rude and disrespectful and we went to Scooters down the street. This was the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to and I am a HUGE coffee person and go to local AND drive through coffee shops and had bad experiences but this takes the cake.

  The guys in there were extremely helpful. I had a large spur of the moment order and the whole team jumped in to help and did so very quickly and efficiently. Top notch service. Will definitely make it my regular dunkin.

  Worst dunkin I've ever been to And I travel often. This is the closest dunkin to my kids school so the one I go to most. I easily go there at least five times a week. However, more recently my coffee is never consistent. The color changes with the exact same order. On top of it the guy that works the window Monday- Friday who usually wears a black puffy coat and is the “manager” is rude and doesn’t know how to communicate at all. I was told these locations are ran by a Patel and all owned by the same person. I never have issues at the grape location. Today , was probably the last time I’ll go to this location because how rude the manager was. The other staff is always friendly but this guy with the longer hair, coat and jewelry should not be working the window or in customer service at all.
