  So I work in Middlebury and do frequent this McDonald's even though it's not the greatest. I usually see a dirty blonde male always on his cell phone or outside smoking a cigarette basically doing nothing. I believe he works there, he's inside the kitchen area quite a bit but again doing nothing. He does not wear McDonald's attire like the rest of the employees and his clothing is always dirty and nasty like he just got done working on a car. This morning I saw him outside on his cell phone smoking and then as I was getting my food in the Drive-Thru saw him stroll into the kitchen area with a cigarette in his hand. What the hell! Who is this guy and why does he still have a job!

  Ordered online because I had my kid in the car they had me pull to spot one after two other cars pulled in next to me and got there Orders someone came out asked what I got and said they handed my order to someone else and had to remake it. After 20 minutes I finally got my order got home and part of it was missing. This is easily my least favorite place to get food but its close so occasionally I forget how bad it is and order something just to be reminded why it sucks. It would be one this if this kind of thing didn't happen all the time. When I called she blamed it on the new person... seems they always have a "new person" because that was the same problem last time.

  Ordered curbside pick up in my work truck like I’ve done probably a dozen times over the last month and the young man whose name is Giuseppe came out was extremely rude. I asked where my drink was and he said he forgot it walked back inside came back out, handed me my drink, and when I questioned him on what his first name was because of how rude he was bringing the food out he was extremely disrespectful in his tone and manner because I was in a work truck. I have an injury that prevents me from getting in and out of it very easily like I said before in this post, I’ve done this at least a dozen times at your restaurant, but this will be the last time I ever visit this McDonald’s. He was disrespectful rude and then when I asked him his first name, he gave me a bunch of crap because I was going to contact the management on his attitude and he wanted to argue with me. It’s time to do better and train your employees to be courteous at all time at no point was I disrespectful to him? It might be time to have a conversation With workers on treating customers with respect without us customers, you have no business they have no job

  Got breakfast here. The sandwich was soaked in grease. My drink I poured myself in the dining area. I got a juice. There was stuff floating in it and it tasted like it had soured in the lines. Fungus, mold something very yuck. I come to this area frequently and will no longer return to this mcdonalds. Staff seemed nice but drink and the food tells me no one cares about doing their job at this site.
