- SBStephanie BiglerOct 6, 20251.0DO NOT GO ORDER FROM THE MIDDLEBURY LOCATION. RUDE STAFF, RUDER MANAGER, AND YOUR FOOD WILL BE WRONG. THEN THEY WILL CALL YOU A LIAR. First time in several months we ordered pizza from here because the last few times the pizzas were burnt. This time, we ordered 2 pizzas, wings with sauce, and cina-sticks with sauce. I asked if the sauces were in the boxes when I picked up the food. Was told, repeatedly, yes. Got home no sauce for the winds or cina-sticks. Also was given the wrong pizza. Called them and was passed to person to person, each time they said they were sending me to a manager. Finally after playing pass the phone, the "manager" got on. I explained the situation and the manager called me a liar!! She said she was the one making the pizzas and knows for a fact she didnt mess up. I explained, again, what I ordered and what I got. She continued to have a horrible attitude and told me the only thing she could do was re-make the food. I was not going to drive 30 minutes back there and waste my gas for their mess up. I asked for a refund to be put on my card. She argued with me, again saying she didnt mess up so I should be thankful she is willing to remake the food. After asking for her bosses name and number, she finally said she would refund 1/2 price for the pizza. What the hell! I have wings with no sauce, cina-sticks no icing, and a pizza i cannot eat. I got rude employee after rude employee and finally got a "manager" who was the rudest and called me a liar. WILL NEVER GO TO THE MIDDLEBURY LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

While I may appreciate having a couple of different pizza options in Middlebury, Pizza Hut is not doing much to retain old customers or attract new ones.
