The Middlebury McDonald’s loves to make you pull out of the drive thru windows and sit in a parking space to make it look like they are hitting their customer delivery time quota. I think this place reeks of mismanagement and an owner that squeezes every dollar out of employees and customers. Parking lot conditions are very sad. Hopefully my mind can change but this is just how it is here.

When I asked for a copy of the receipt it took them a minute to give that too me. Finally got the food somewhat cold after 25 minutes, no manager on duty to speak too. When I got to the vehicle I was going to fill out the survey only to find out that my survey code had already been used. Will not be returning to this location, faster to drive 1p minutes down the road to the other one and double back.
