  Has not gotten my order correct a SINGLE TIME. Its always missing items, missing ingredients, missing sauce, or just the completely wrong order. Unfortunately im not exaggerating. The employees pay no attention to a thing. I only ever order through door dash anymore because at least they'll give me some form of credit. The store itself wont respond or take accountability for anything. This place is an absolute joke.

  5 stars for service!! The staff here is extremely sweet. Something rare at restaurants and even harder to see at fastfood places. They were quick and made kids feel special! Like to see more of this kind of service in other places :)

  I live out of state but have been in Michigan City for the past week. I went to this location for the second time last night and was impressed by Linda and the rest of the night shift's impeccable service. The staff was very friendly. The food was fast, fresh, and good. Service has gone downhill in the food industry, but this Taco Bell location definitely earned a five star review.

  Never open when they are supposed to be! Definitely has staffing issues. Which is fine but update your hours to when you’ll actually be opened. Staff were incredibly rude. Rarely go here any more because of the inconsistency. Food can be great than the next complete trash! No longer serves breakfast at this location at 930 am ? Then why isn’t their menu updated. I called before driving there to ensure they will actually be opened and serve breakfast. To be told they don’t. Shut this place down!!
