  I don't usually leave reviews but the times i have went here i’ve gone through the drive through. Their workers are so nice and sweet. Food is fresh and hot. And their Sprite is perfect.

  I have to say I personally don't eat at McDonald's but my dog loves their chicken McNuggets so guess who's going there couple times a week to get them it's not the dog let me tell you that much. I still laugh every time when they say what sauce do you want with your 20 piece and I'm like I don't think the dog can use dipping sauce still funny I don't know how many times I said it and still plenty funny haaaaa. It's McDonald's you get exactly what you pay for that's what's so nice about it you know what you're going to get they're consistent I'm not going to say it's great but it's consistent

  Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes for a fish filet meal and two kids meals. Go into the restaurant to get my money back and the " kids" in there are too busy making " content " for internet clout. New flash.. NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR LIFE AT MCDONALD'S. YOU'RE THERE TO MAKE FOOD NOT CONTENT.

  Extremely disappointment with this McDonald’s. Stopped in on our way home from Michigan and it was an experience. First of all there was a health inspector, and several other people present and actively looking at things. One man appeared to be a general manager and someone who seemed to be his boss. Our food took nearly 30 minutes to get because they were “cooking new fries”. While standing at the counter to figure out our food, a fight broke out in the kitchen among two of the staff members. Literally, employees and the manager grabbed one of the employees and pulled him to the back of the kitchen area. I have never seen a more dysfunction McDonald’s in my life. Obviously, based on other reviews, our slow service today wasn’t just a one off situation but a regular occurrence. Save yourself the frustration and eat literally anywhere else.

  I looked up this locations Saturday closing hours, which are 12 am. I live close by and needed a later night meal for my husband I (and a hamburger for our dog). I attempted to order via the app (around 945 pm) to which it kept telling me that I could only order breakfast food. I refreshed the app and was given the same information. I figured there was a glitch in the app and figured I would try again in a lite while, knowing I had plenty of time before they closed. I tried 3 more times over the next hour and kept getting the same information each time. My husband and I then decided we would just drive up there ask them what to do about this issue as we were also going to redeem some of our points for food (for me to take to work, for lunch, today) and order since we were going to order for pick up anyways and worst case scenario is we would have to order there and pay $5-7 more for the item we wanted to redeem via the app and come back home, eat, relax etc etc. We arrived at this location around 11:15 pm (McDonald's, Michigan Blvd), which still appeared to be open, as they were supposed to be, and sat at the drive through speaker for about 5 minutes with no employee coming on. We decided to pull around to the window as figured they may be having a technical issue all around as the app was messing up as well. As we pulled up, an employee opened the window and I told him we needed to order, but no one had come on the speaker. He said "oh". I then asked if we could order or if I needed to drive back around and order through the speaker. He said "Im not taking orders" I said, you guys are still open, correct?" To which he just stood there and didn't respond. I looked at my clock and then back at him and said "ya, its only 11:21, you guys are open until 12, right?" He shrugged his shoulders. I then said "well, can I order here or not; or do I need to wait a few minutes and order or whats going on" he said "no". I asked "no, what?" (why i couldn't order or if I was going to be able to or if there was a problem that prohibited them from making/taking orders at the time) he said "I don't know". I said "you don't know what? Am I going to be able to order here or not? I need to know so if not I could try to make it to the other location on Franklin before their 12am closing time as well." He's said I don't know. I then started getting irritated and asked him if they were open. He said yes. I asked if there was a problem that prevented them from making my order or if the system was down or what. He just stared at me. I then said "yes? No? I dont understand. If tou guys are open and there isnt a problem, why aren't you taking my order? He said I can't. I said "I'm confused then as to whats going on". He responded "I don't know, I was just told were not taking any more orders cause we close soon. I looked at the time again (11:34 pm) and told him that was ridiculous as I had been sitting there wasting time trying to order for15 minutes and had been there going on 25 mins total, which would have been plenty of time for me to order, them prepare, and me recieve my order. I then pointed out that they were claiming to still open for another 25 minutes which qas still adequate time to do the same. He said " I can't" i told him that was ridiculous and I would be calling in the morning and asked a good time to reach the manager. He laughed and said "no time. We ain't gonna answet the phone no ways. I told him that he could have just stated that in the beginning and the situation was ridiculous. I also informed him I was then going to contacting corporate for the entire situation and he laughed and said good luck. I pulled off and attempted to reach the store via phone today, multiple times and there was no answer. I left a message and was not contacted back. The app continues to redirect me to the local store itself, which is a complete joke. If I could give negative stars, I would.
