He cut me off when I said, “I’d like a chicken sandwich.” I said, “no I would also like an order of the voodoo fries.” He repeated his self and told me my told. I replied, “I also want a 10pc bone in wing.” He was very rude to every single man that walked in. He was nice to every single female that entered. I waited over 20 mins for my food just to watch him be rude to males and for my food to be disgusting. My hot chicken sandwich was sweet not hot. My voodoo fries were plain and unseasoned. My hot 10pc bone in wings were not 1% hot, they were sweet like the “hot” sandwich. The wings were definitely overcooked. They were dry as ever. I will never spend my money at this joke of a company.

By far, the worst wings I've had anywhere!

Almost every time my experience is they are so rude over the phone and when you get there to pick up the order. so I will no longer be returning to this location and neither will my family. I was made to feel like I inconvenienced them for coming to their establishment and I don’t know if it was the One of the owners or if it was the person in charge, but I let him know we will not be returning in a polite manner because of how we were treated for simply ordering food from them and he said what happened as he leaned close to me over the counter as if he was about to get in my face and was combative when I simply said you know what happened. As my boyfriend and I were walking out he continued to ask what happened very loudly but we kept it moving for his best interest because at that point he was pushing his limits by disrespectfully speaking to me and getting close to my face with my very protective boyfriend right next to me. Needless to say this place does not care about their customers and are a terrible representation for the brand.
