First when I asked them to cut the tomatoes and cheese in the tossed salad they said they didn’t do that anymore and the lady working ripped the cheese with her hands while wearing the gloves. She seemed irritated that I was asking for the tomatoes to be cut but she did finally do it even though she tore the cheese. Obviously she did not put the cap on totally as when we left and got in the car the salad fell out spilling all over the floor. When I brought the salad back in with a picture of what happened “mark” the manager said he was not replacing it as it wasn’t there mistake with the food so I would have to pay for another salad in full. I did pay for this salad as a reminder that I will never come back to this subway. You can tell they did not want to be here and the energy was definitely off. Now I can see why there was no wait time.
