I am appalled at the way the alleged owner talked to my relative. She placed a mobile order, which provided a completion time of 7:55. Her significant other (SO) entered the restaurant a few minutes prior to completion and encountered an employee (the alleged owner)who appeared to be unapproachable with the look of misery plastered across his face. The alleged owner swiftly shouted, "We're closed!" SO stated that he has an order to pick up; the alleged owner replied by saying that he shut down everything. SO notified my relative about this, who subsequently called the restaurant. The alleged owner picked up the phone and was immediately combative. My relative asked about the status of her order and he yelled, "It's not ready!" When she asked for his name, he replied, "Da boss!" After repeating that a couple of times, he gave a name of "T Santana" and made it a point to claim ownership of Subway along with his mommy. My relative then stated that she'll need to speak with corporate about this matter and he stated, "You answer to me! You answer to me!" He then told her to take that and run with it prior to disconnecting the call. My relative was charged for the food but didn't receive anything. I don't understand how people can be full of cruel intentions in life ... especially when it just involves subs. This establishment will no longer receive our patronage.

I was told by the person claiming the title as, "the boss" that he doesn't have my order and wouldn't have it since they closed the registers at 07:30 PM, yet my order was to be ready for pickup at 07:55 PM but yet, arrived at 07:48 PM. I called in as I was being told that they didn't have my order for pickup when my significant other arrived, as he was told they stopped doing orders, yet I placed an order online with no issues for pickup, so that would not be the customer's fault and the restaurant should rectify that. I was then told, when I asked what his name was to make sure I am properly refunded, that I report to him since he is the store manager and the "boss", but I want you to ask yourself how that makes sense when you barely had anyone there so I question anyone reporting to you. He then said he is T Santana and his mother's is Sheryl Santana. Such a shame. Regardless if you are using the Subway name, I can tell you baby, you are not the Boss, Subway is. Corporate is being notified as well, but I will ensure things are returned since you couldn't from your end as you must not know how. Do better with that sickening attitude and I plan to share the record with corporate as well. I can't believe people are so miserable in their lives to attempt to project their misery to others. You better watch yourself talking like that though, because you never know the customer on the other end. Watch the news and get some manners. All I can do is give you to God and won't he do it. It's truly a shame because they used to be a great location brought down by the likes of this mess because at this point I was charged for something I didn't get and I am highly upset because I have never known Subway to be thieves but that is the only explanation for this.

As soon as I walked in I did not feel welcome. The lady that was assisting me was very racist pretending to not understand me ( I asked for bread and she gave me a tortilla). I corrected her multiple times and she ignored me and didn’t give me a second to tell her what I wanted on my bread. Instead, she left the counter and “helped” her coworkers. I will not be returning. Horrible service!!
