  I delivered for Sonic in Michigan City, Indiana. The manager got mad because I had 2 orders to pick up and I had noticed one order was missing a drink. I pushed their button to request the missing drink. The manager came out, demanded both orders back, walked all around my vehicle looking all over inside (he acted like I hid the drink and was trying to get it replaced) and had an attitude when I asked him why he needed both orders back (one was just food) and I told him that it was unsafe to pass food back and forth between store and customer/ driver. He came back 5 minutes later and shoved it all back threw my window. He then reported me for being hostile which I was not. I guess I was hostile for letting them know I was missing a drink or for questioning why he needed both orders back when their was only a problem with one? I am now banned from this sonic restaurant for delivery. Thanks a lot 🤷 haven't had an order for Sonic in 3 months

  Went through the drive through and ordered 2 burgers, whoever works the drive through needs to be fired! Horrible attitude, awful tone, and just the things he says are nasty sounding. Asked for the burger and he kept yelling at me because I didn’t say the “ proper “ name for it. And did the same thing when I ordered an ocean “breeze” instead of water, he just started yelling saying that you don’t have that, so when I told him what it was made with he got snippy and told me the proper name. He had an awful attitude the whole time, and kept asking if we were done yet after everything I ordered. You guys need to do better picking people for the drive through. Nobody wants to go to a place that the workers have nasty attitudes when your just trying to order your food.

  Amber took our order was so incredibly sweet! We had to take a pretzel off our order cause we didn’t have enough on the card and she gave it to us anyways <3

  The server was extremely rude and incompetent. When we were ordering us he rushed us the entire time and actually said "could you hurry up i have other customers" after we ordered he read off my order and it was correct, he then proceeds to only bring out 2 of the three meals that we had ordered
