I waited so long for food my friend got his food and ate it. Still was waiting for my food. I go up to ask some help and the manager lady was ignoring me on purpose.she looked at me then looked away real quick. So as im watching whats going on the manager was yelling at employee about scheduling at stuff. Then finally my food arrives and the manger comes and sits down in lobby chating with employees like they friends. Never have I felt ignored by all the employee. Will not be returning

Went in and ordered a M&M mcflurry through one of the kiosks inside and selected dine-in, after waiting for probably 10-15 minutes for our free mcflurry, they not only didn't bring it to the table, they also did not serve the Mcflurry with at least one spoon. I've had better service at this location, the service I was met with here this evening was horrendous. The manager and other staff members working the front end of service tonight seemed to be oblivious to us. Other customers specifically of a specific ethnicity seemed to get faster service.

- MHMarck HarrisonJan 21, 20261.0Just left out of this outfit on Jan 21st 2026 at about 7:35 pm went inside to order and got no service not even a hi how are just mean looks this place wasn't even crowded a few cars in the parking lot and drive thru i waited in line for almost 10 min without anyone saying anything like wait a min someone will take care of you or we will be with you soon sir a male figure was cleaning off the cashier area and didn't say a word to me geez well I won't be back to this place I thought it was the best McDonald's in town wow leave your feelings at home is what they should teach their employees
