  My boyfriend and I came in a few nights ago and had Tina, I gotta say that was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant recently. She came over and got our drink order, and got our food order, not only did she mess up my food order we didn’t see her again until after we got our food. She never even SMILED. Not even a fake one. But when she finally came over I told her my food was wrong she argued with me. What I got was something I would’ve never ordered. I don’t like it at all. But considering she said she wrote it down it clearly must’ve came out of my mouth. I’ll go to Laporte from now on. Their servers are 10 times better.

  Whenever I'm hungry but for some reason am feeling like I'm having TOO GOOD of a day and want to ruin it for myself, I can go to buffalo wild wings in michigan city and deal with the worst customer service I can find. The best part is being crammed in the pick up room with 5 other angry people wondering where their food is. And the cherry on top is when they get your order wrong after all the waiting and they try to act like it's your fault. Or they forget that you exist and leave you sitting there for 45 minutes like an idiot because your food was done and they never bothered to let you know.

  The wait times and service at this location are horrible. It’s sad I’d rather travel to the Valparaiso location.

  Food 10/10 fast and quick Service 0/10 I think the server (Anittia) hated me? Or her life I wasn’t sure. Came here after work to grab some food, was quickly asked what I wanted to drink as soon as we sat down. After that every thing I asked for, asked was questioned by her . Asked for a plate? No she said we have trays, not plates. Asked to order wings? It was as if I inconvenienced her ? May I have sauce? Another inconvenience She did ask how Everything was at the end. But when i asked her for 3 big and small lids I was then again questioned. It didn’t feel good to be corrected dawg we are at Buffalo Wild Wings in Indiana, it’s not that hard to be KIND to other humans. Wild

  Waitress was sadly very rude and seemed to not be trained on how to wait on people. Appetizer came with our main meal and was cold, didn't get a chance to inform the waitress because she never came over and was in the back??? Others sitting next to us were grabbing their own boxes, waiting for refills they had to ask for themselves and various unhappy customers waiting on their meals that were taking 30+ minutes. Manager seemed like he could care less, with multiple people complaining and many dirty tables he seemed to walk around carelessly. I'd expect this from a weekend day when waits can be on the longer side but none of the waitresses seemed to be rushing around giving any care to their tables.
