  Ive never been gaslit by a convenience store staff member before, but there is a first for everything, eventually. Lol I ordered 1 HOT late and 2 donuts. When I pulled around and paid, the woman handed me a bag of dunus and tried to hand me am iced late. I paused and specified that I asked for a hot beverage. Her response was that the drink is already made, implying that she was unwilling to correct the order. she smiled while explaining as if still trying to be friendly and also might truly believe it was not her own error. So I offered to even pay for my beverage order a second time and asked nicely. She tuned around and said to her co staff members "now she say she wants hot." All my patients then evaporated and I clarified with a loud enough volume for everyone to to hear, "no, my request for a HOT beverage from the beginning, please and thank you. She made the drink and handed it to me as if I were the inconvenience. I am still in disbelief that it became an issue. I do not even like cold coffee but even if I did change my mind, I offered kindly to cover her error without a scene and she still turned around to announce that I was the problem. I think ill look for an alternative location next time.

  Management at this location (Lisa) in particular very unprofessional service is terrible and they false advertise.. give me advertising since dollar banana splits for the last past 3 to 4 weeks and every Wednesday and when you go in there Wednesday, they never have any bananas in no reason or excuse that’s good enough as the reason why and when you ask her anything about it, Lisa, she gets an attitude like she’s mad. When in fact, you’re looking and sounded like an idiot when you’re trying to be defensive and your advertising something that you don’t have needless to say, I contacted Customer Service and put in a complaint.

  Employees could be more friendly. I walked in there and had a question and the Employee turned his back on me when I wanted to order so i walked out. And it looks a mess in there. Not many donut options at all. Get your shit together. I miss the old dunkin donuts where they had berry bagels and every donut you can imagine. This new world SUCKS
