- TMTaylor Michalski4 days ago2.0Placed an online order. It was supposed to be done at 8:10. Got it at 8:25, which I don’t mind waiting if I get what I pay for. Got all the way back to Westville and have zero condiments THAT COME ON THE STREET TACOS. I didn’t take anything off. Didn’t alter it in any way and all they gave me was shredded chicken- nothing else. None of the pico. None of the sauces. Why?
- GBGabriela Benitez4 days ago1.0Kaira’s service was very friendly and efficient; the only unpleasant part was that they had neither onion rings nor french fries, and—to top it all off—the nachos we ordered had a hair in them. They kindly offered to prepare a fresh batch for us, but they never arrived. The service from the kitchen was very poor, as was that of the manager—he was incredibly discourteous and never even showed his face; they really ought to replace him.

Food took at least hour and 15 minutes to an hour and 20 minutes. Waitress sat down 80% of the Meals and walked off. Had to track her down to get the rest of our meals and she didn't realize that some people didn't get their food. I would think you would see that there's people sitting there and no food in front of them but I guess I'm asking for too much.
