  First off the manager and the gm are the worst customer service people I've ever encountered. And the 2 females who work afternoon shift. I ordered 2 combos received both of them wrong. And when I called to fix the order Austin the manager didn't write down what we agreed too on the phone.so when I went there to pick up the 2 combos austin agreed too I didn't get what I paid for again. Then the 2 afternoon females couldn't do anything for me even said she called the GM to fix the order I paid for. And then the GM said wouldn't fix the problem for the $40 I spent on food. So this is the worst Arby's and the last time I come to this place. And I drove 25 minutes to get there twice to still not be helped and get wrong order that I paid for. Whoever reads this don't wast your time cause if you get wrong order you just wasted your money. Cause we all know food is expensive and they can't get order correct first time or second time. They deny you the food you paid for so out $40. So good job Austin and the 2 female afternoon workers that supposedly said they called the Gm and basically said my money is no good there.

  This is not a bad place at all, pretty deceny arbys. Food is always hot, never had a wrong order. But on my most recent order, my husband and I cam through the drive through and got some mozzerella sticks.. The standard is 2 sauces, so we asked for 2 more.. They said, "We don't offer free sauces" .. Not a problem.. "Can I buy 2 additional sauces?" "We don't offer that" Like.. HUH

  If you could go to only one fast food restaurant in Michigan City this is the place. One of the oldest Arby restaurants in the world so they must know what they are doing, I have been going here since I was a kid. The food is tasty and prepared well, the staff was helpful, the store is clean and spacious. Bonus for truck drivers, acres of free parking next door.
